28/08/2026 · These terms govern the use of the GK Performance AI pilot version.
1. Pilot scope
GK Performance AI is a platform that supports goalkeeper coaches with match-action recording, analysis, comparisons, reports and development tracking. At this stage the platform is in pilot mode and real payments are not active.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. The free period starts only once and may be limited or extended by the pilot operator when required for testing.
3. Team and athlete data
You confirm that you are entitled to enter and process the team, goalkeeper and match data you add to the platform. Avoid unnecessary personal data, especially for minors. Where possible, use abbreviated names or pseudonyms in youth-development contexts.
4. Responsible professional use
Scores, trends, comparisons and reports are decision-support tools. They do not replace a coach’s professional assessment and should not be the sole basis for decisions affecting an athlete.
5. Availability and changes
Because this is a pilot version, maintenance, functional changes and periods of unavailability may occur. We aim to preserve data and communicate material changes, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed during the pilot.
6. Intellectual property
The GK Performance AI interface, brand, structure, digital methodology, software and proprietary content are protected by applicable rights. Data entered by the user remains owned by the user or by the entity that lawfully controls it.
7. Export and deletion
You can export your data through the application and can request or carry out account deletion. After an access period ends, data may remain available in read-only mode until access is reactivated or the data is deleted.
8. Future payments
Monthly and annual prices shown during the pilot indicate the offer prepared for launch. No real payment will be charged until production billing is explicitly enabled.
9. Operator identification
GK Performance AI is still in the process of establishing its commercial structure. The operator’s legal, tax and formal contact details will be published before real payments are enabled. During the pilot, access or usage questions should be handled through the same channel used to invite the participant.
10. Applicable law
Without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to the user, these terms are interpreted under Portuguese law.
